If we are one of the countless family members that have dual incomes and also have children, then we are also one of the many that need the service of daycare centers. When we drop off our children, we trust that the daycare providers administer the best care for our kids. We expect that those at the top of the totem pole exercise excellent judgment caring for our loved ones. Why should we expect any less from a person of high capacity in the Catholic Church? The New York Times states that “The Justice Department has opened an investigation into Roman Catholic dioceses in Pennsylvania accused of covering up sex abuse for decades, a significant escalation in scrutiny of the church…News of the subpoenas threatened to deepen the crisis faced by the Catholic Church as it struggles through a new chapter of the sex abuse scandal, which emerged out of Boston more than 15 years ago. The Pennsylvania report followed the resignation of Cardinal Theodore E. McCarrick, the former archbishop of Washington, who is accused of sexually abusing seminarians and minors.” How can we feel like God has all of our needs taken cared of when the people he has anointed to be his keepers on earth are sexually molesting children! Does this not preclude the Catholic Church as the chosen religion of God? If a God actually existed, how would it allow this type of suffering to occur! Please comment below!

Jehovah’s Witnesses & Blood

Faith can make a person do dangerous things to themselves and others. Like a thirsty castaway succumbing to drinking seawater and dying of dehydration, faith can make adherents succumb to doctrine. The stronger the faith, the weaker the chains that bind belief and reason in people. Now, it depends on the doctrine that a person capitulates to when appraising their danger. The article of faith that is most alarming in the Jehovah’s Witnesses religion is the ban on blood transfusions. As former Witnesses, my love for my family was recently tested when my newborn son needed a blood transfusion after open heart surgery. Thankfully we were able to override the parasite known as religion and allowed blood to save our sons life. Unfortunately, the ability to break the formidable shackles of doctrine is not typical in the Jehovah’s Witness religion. Countless hundreds of thousands of people have perished, either committing suicide by refusing blood when needed to survive or withholding this option from loved ones under their tutelage. Blame The Vagina For Our Ignorance.

Intelligence has a limit, much like a cup of tea. It can be filled to the brim but pass that and it will spill its delicious contents on the table. It can only hold so much. You cannot make the cup larger, so you are stuck with that capacity.  You are born with this “cup”.

The brain is composed of approximately 100 billion neurons but weighs only 3 pounds. A lot is crammed into this small organ. Your entire ability to emerge from consciousness stems from the matter that is compressed within the confines of your skull.  Everything that is you, minus your interactions with reality is comprised of that very organ.

Earlier I stated, “You’re born with this cup”.  That is not entirely accurate.  You were created with that cup, your cranium.  The extremities of your skull are the limits of your mind.  The intelligence you have does, in a way correspond with your skulls volumetric capacity.  Therefore, your cranium is in effect limiting your IQ potential.  Your body mass to brain matter ratio has been maximized.  Nevertheless, is it really the skull that is limiting you?

How are we born?  Our mothers push us out through the birth canal and there, we find our true limit.  It is the cervix!  If we were able to evolve larger brains, we would in effect cause great damage to the vagina.  Already, episiotomies are done to enlarge the birth “opening”.  If we evolve any larger heads, this could lead to a painful outcome for the female gender, a possibly fatal result.  In essence, we can blame the vagina for our ignorance, insofar as to why we are not even smarter, why our minds have reached our solar maxima.

However, is it really the fault of women?  According to monotheists around the world, God CREATED humanity!  Did God construct humans with inherent faults?  Did he intentionally shackle our minds within our inherent bony structure?  Can this be called intelligent design?  What say you?

What say you people?  Does Jesus get credit for dying for our sins or do the stars?
